Casino Promotions Posting Requirements
To add a Promotion to the Casinos website, the following information and assets are needed within the Workfront project’s “FINAL” folder.
Required Fields
- Promotion Title – Title of Promotion
- Promotion Body (Description) – provide final copy in a Word document
- Dates Description – Such as when is the promotion is available, examples include “Wednesdays” or “Sept.-Oct.”
- Display From Date – When Promotion Starts (Date format); not technically required but good to know to potentially schedule beforehand.
- Display to Date – When the Promotion End (Date format)
- Legal Copy – Provide any Legal information for this field
- Excerpt – A very brief description (clickbait) to entice website users to learn more about a promotion
- Meta Description – a description for SEO purposes that describes the promotion; a maximum of 150 characters is allowed.
- Web Carousel (Hover Image) – 440x1320px/72ppi; preferred format is PNG and this image will need to be provided by Creative Services
- Web Header (Featured Image) – 1037x505px/72ppi; preferred format is PNG and this image will need to be provided by Creative Services
