    • Under “Website Post Options” select “CNO Services Website” and complete the required fields
    • Use the Services Template (Word Doc) to provide all the needed details of the Service. Upon completion, upload it to the “Documents” in the Workfront Request.
  • Once the Workfront Request is converted to a project the following steps take place:
    • The Web and Digital Director will vet the provided information found in the Services Template (Word Doc) to ensure the terminology and format matches the additional 200+ services found on the CNO website.
    • The vetted content is then shared with the Content Team to proof.
    • If Service includes a Hero Image (1296x729px); a Creative Services Designer will provide in the WorkFront project’s “FINAL” folder.
    • Final copy is also shared with the Web and Digital Content Team to create the Service webpage.
    • A Web and Digital Team Internal Review process occurs with the Web and Digital Director.
    • Upon approval, the Service is published to the CNO website.
