HTML Email Requirements
Please ensure images and content have been finalized before moving onto the Web & Digital team.
Required Fields
Content for the email should include:
- Subject line or name of the email series
- Subheadings and body copy
- Images for the banner and email body, with clear identification of where each image should appear
- Image Sizes
- Banner: 1200 × 700 px
- Body Images: 590 x 344 px
- For a more efficient process, please indicate where each image belongs by using a clear naming convention or creative layout guide.

Approval Process
- Internal Review: The Web & Digital team will conduct an initial internal review and approval of the work.
- Client Approval: A final round of approval will then take place with RM/client and Traffic through email. A test email will be sent and RM will be notified on WorkFront.
