Choctaw Landing F&B Specials Posting Requirements
To add a Food and Beverage Special to the Choctaw Landing website, the following information is needed when a Workfront request is submitted. All copy will need to be provided in a Word document within the “Documents” folder in Workfront. The “Special” image will be provided by Creative Services.
Required Fields
All fields are public-facing
- F&B Special Title – the title of the Special
- Description – a brief description, a sentence or two in length to describe the item, such as what’s included or ingredients.
- Category – please select one of the following categories:
- food
- beverage
- Date – a date or date range is needed; examples: Thanksgiving Day or November & December
- End Date – an end date and time can be provided so the special will automatically be removed from the site.
- Price – a price is required; examples: $7 or $40 per person
- F&B Property – at least one venue is needed, although a “special” can be available at multiple venues. Venue options include:
- Center Bar
- Cypress Lawn
- Cypress Grill
- Cypress Tap
- Oka Sita Bar
- Starbucks
- Tuklo Deli
- Tuklo Grill
Required Image
An image is required for a special to be added to the website.
Special Image (Featured Image) – 1392x1392px/72ppi image (JPG format) or graphic (PNG format) that does not include any overlay text.
Optional Field
Asset – a PDF document with additional details can be added, such as a menu for a buffet.
