Career Events Posting Requirements

To add an event to the Careers website, the following information is needed when a work order is requested.

Items Web Team Need

  • Hero Image
  • Word Doc with Required Fields information

Digital files and Word documents must be finalized and moved to the FINAL folder to confirm approval by all required reviewers before being posted digitally

Required Fields

  1. Event Title
  2. Event Brief Description – a brief description a sentence or two in length (please do not repeat event title, event date(s), event times, or event location in this description).
  3. Hero Image – 1296x729px/72ppi image or graphic that does not include any overlay text
  4. Event Description – a longer description to provide more details about an event, such as how to register or additional information. (please do not include event title, event date(s), event times, or event location within this description).
  5. Event Date(s) – a start date is required; if it’s a multiple day event please include an end date.
  6. Event Time(s) – a start time is required; if it’s a multiple day event an end time is required.
  7. Event Location – a location is required, virtual is also an option; if an event takes place at multiple locations these will need to be separate events for web use. Please include a physical address for driving directions link.
